We Are Not In Control

We are not in control. Why do we think we are? Instead of trying to figure out everything for ourselves our first bit of business should be turning it over to God. We can't worry and overthink our way out of situations. We are not in control.

And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life?

We are not in control of the situation. The God of all creation knows every minute detail of our lives. He will bring everything together in the way He sees fit.

He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

What we are in control of is whether we trust Him or not. We can make a decision to trust Him every time we sink into fear and worry. Trust is a choice.

What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
