Jingle Bell Rock

Happy merry & bright day 8 of BLOGmas! Yeah! Yeah!

Today let's get your jingle on with some yummy healthy sugar cookies (recipe down below.)

Let's talk healthy lifestyle before we get in the kitchen to make some yummy goodness! Do you remember yesterday when we talked about your thoughts going to your heart and you speaking out what's in your heart out of your mouth? (blog, You're A Mean One Mr. Grinch.) Remember that? Ok, let's take that into your nutrition.

You think about eating a meal you know is not good for you, that thought goes to your heart, and eventually, you start taking action, preparing that meal & you consume it. Results lead to bloating and tiredness.

Your nutrition is SO important beautiful girl! Nutrition is 80% of results & fitness is only 20%.

I want to encourage you this Holiday season to enjoy yourself but to eat to fuel your body. Think about a healthy meal, it goes to your heart, and eventually, you start taking action, preparing that meal & you consume it. Results lead to feeling great and energized.

Down below is a recipe for healthier sugar cookies. You can still eat cookies. Sometimes you just have to swap ingredients with healthier ones. Example swap sugar with pure maple syrup!

Get your jingle bell rock on and fuel your body this season!

Love Your Kingdom Sister,

Jessica
