Sometimes it’s hard to be fearless when your heart hurts! You have given everything you got in a particular area and expectations are not being met!
“Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life.”
Proverbs 13:12
Hope deferred is hard to navigate! We can’t navigate it ourselves! When hope deferred consumes our heart we have to lean into Beloved Jesus!
“Catch all the foxes, those little foxes, before they ruin the vineyard of love, for the grapevines are blossoming!”
Song of Songs 2:15
We have to lean into Jesus and let Him help us catch all the little foxes! Those little, tiny things that are pressing on your heart! They seem so little but time after time they have gotten so big! Those hurts that you have just whipped tears, said I’m fine, and walked away to do something else.
If we continue letting those little things… that probably are not so little now consume our heart it will overtake us! We will spoil all the beautiful work that Jesus has been doing through our hearts! We can’t resist, anymore we have to lean into Jesus to mend us back together. If we don’t our hearts will start hindering His love and make us numb!
“And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.”
Ezekiel 36:26
Spend time with Beloved Jesus and don’t leave that time until He makes your heart soft! He wants to breathe hope back into your heart! It’s a process that might happen all at once and it might happen little by little. Either way, if you keep coming to Jesus He will flood your heart with peace and hope. It’s kinda like the game of operation… just let Jesus pull that little junk out of your heart! I promise He will be gentle unlike the game! ;)
“O LORD, I give my life to you. I trust in you, my God! Do not let me be disgraced or let my enemies rejoice in my defeat.”

Don’t resist, just trust Jesus and however He wants to heal your heart! It’s kinda like a child finds out they are going to Disney World! They don’t think how much money is this going to be? How are we going to get there? They just TRUST that they are going!

Be fearless with trusting Jesus with your heart & remain childlike in anticipation of a healing heart!
