One of my favorite things to do is go to my favorite coffee shop meet my BFFS, order a Medium Extra Hot SF Carmel Macchiato with almond milk & no whip (Not a fan of whip cream UGH! lol) and chat!
Anyone else? Ok, maybe you order extra whip, if so YOU GO GIRL! ha ha ;)
After we order our coffee's we find a place to sit on the little blue couch, kick up our feet & just start venting to one another. We chat about hardships we are facing and blessings that have happened to us! Sometimes, we laugh the whole time & other times we end up crying in our coffee!
We are real and feel comfortable around each other! After hours of chatting it up, the lights go dim and the baristas tell us 5 more minutes till close (we stay until the very end ;)). We pack up, say our goodbyes & when we leave that coffee shop we feel empowered & confident to face whatever is in front of us!
This is how our SHIFT to being WORTHY begins COFFEE & CONVERSATIONS!
Sometime before you SHIFT you need that extra caffeine & some uplifting encouragement from your BFFs! This gives you the confidence to take ownership of your problem, lift up your hands & invite God into your mess! Before you know it you are SHIFTING to that GREATEST VERSION OF YOU!
Coming this September! I want to invite you to have COFFEE & CONVERSATIONS with me & some girls from the She Shifts Community!
You can e-mail your struggles or whatever you need encouragement in and on the last Monday of each month you can come to the blog, drink your coffee & get that confidence you need to make that SHIFT!
Girls from the She Shifts Community & myself will write encouraging notes, words, advice, exc.. to you. Your name will remain confidential! It will be addressed to the girl struggling with ... OR the girl that needs encouragement in ...

If maybe you want to write something encouraging to another girl! You can do so! Join the She Shifts IG (@shiftworthyministries) page or e-mail me at shiftworthyministries@gmail.com and I'll get you added! The person writing will have a choice to post their name or remain confidential as well. :)
